all of the following must be signed and dated: 

  • cancellations: applies to cancelling a policy, crop or county from a policy

  • transfers or new applications 

  • changing a price or coverage level 

  • adding/deleting a county 

  • high risk land exclusion 

  • yield adjustment options - allows us to replace a low APH due to natural disasters with 60% of the applicable T-yieldGet Tickets

Production Reporting

all of the following must be signed and dated:

  • harvested production

  • adding new locations to receive the simple average t-yield

  • deleting locations no longer in farmer operation

Acreage Reporting Due

  • reported planted acres and dates

  • report any prevented planting dates

  • *please have your FSA 578 form and maps. The acres we report to the carrier MUST match these forms.

Wheat Premiums Due

  • without an interest charge

Spring Premiums Due

September 15

Fall Wheat Sales Closing

  • unpaid wheat premium goes on uninsurable list

  • spring premiums due without an interest charge -wtf

October 31 | Seed Corn: End of Insurance
